“Our second dining experience at Bóveda tonight was even more special than our first back in 2023. We didn’t realise when booking that the restaurant had only just reopened after recent fire damage. The waiter apologetically explained that the menu was limited whilst kitchen repairs continue. However, each dish was as fresh and delicious as our first visit. Tasty Mexican fusion! Congratulations to the dedicated and friendly staff. Happy to keep supporting an excellent local establishment so close to Anita’s Theatre.”

Nothing was too hard...dietary changes, last-minute timing tweaks, extra platters, all handled with a smile. The food was fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. Our guests are still talking about it. And the price... SO reasonable for the quality we received. Couldn’t recommend them more highly."

"You can really tell Cater Boy is run by people who love what they do. The owners went out of their way to understand the vibe we wanted for our engagement party and nailed every detail. They even remembered our favourite appetiser from our tasting and surprised us with a few extras on the night. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care in hospitality these days. Every bite was perfection, and the service was just as good as the food."

“My partner and I had an amazing New Year's Eve dinner at Bóveda! We were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation, and the food was absolutely incredible. We especially loved the corn ribs—they were fantastic! The flavors were bold and complex, and the presentation was beautiful. The wine selection was also fantastic. Fresh, delicious and amazing burgers and what’s even better the kids smashed there’s and they are picky when it comes to burgers
Sucks they’re not at Thirroul anymore but still worth the drive to grab them than not have them around at all
If you’re wanting a life changer than try there burgers - they will not disappoint

The team adjusted everything quickly and with such kindness. The grazing boards looked incredible and tasted even better. Everyone commented on how fresh and generous the portions were. Outstanding service and value — we’ll be using them again without hesitation.

"We've lived here for a longggg time, and have seen many different kinds of restaurants come and go. We were blown away by the uniqueness of Boveda, and how authentic the mexican food actually is. We've spent a lot of time in Mexico, and Boveda is closest we've ever seen to the real thing!! Well done guys. And loved the decor and vibes too. The staff were so lovely and welcoming as well. It's so nice to see that some people are still so understanding of what true hospitality really is!! We will be back.. frequently!!
