Prosecco
Early harvested & cool fermented to give it cool climate characteristics.
Tasting notes: Easy-drinking, citrus & hint of lemon with a short finish.
Vintage is 2023 which was a great growing season.
Minimum intervention at a vertically integrated South Eastern Aus vineyard & winery.
Sauvignon Blanc
Early harvested & cool fermented again, a much, much easier drinking Sauvignon Blanc than a classic Marlborough, however still enough flavour to noticeably be a Sav.
Hints of light stone fruit & lemon.
